Purchases: Should you opt for the “Pro” version of our Services, you will be requested to provide your payment information. All transactions made through our Services are processed by third-party payment processors. We do not directly collect or retain any payment card information entered through our Services; however, we may receive information related to your payment methods (e.g., billing details).

Tynos AI is committed to complying with the principles of the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (“EU-U.S. DPF”), the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF, and the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (Swiss-U.S. DPF) as established by the U.S. Department of Commerce. We rely on the European Commission’s adequacy decision for the EU-U.S. DPF to facilitate the transfer of personal data from the European Economic Area. Tynos AI adheres to the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework Principles (“EU-U.S. DPF Principles”) for the processing of personal data received from the European Union in accordance with the EU-U.S. DPF, as well as data received from the United Kingdom (and Gibraltar) under the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF. In case of any conflict between the provisions of this Policy and the DPF Principles, the DPF Principles shall take precedence.
